New Development Phase

The constant urge to go faster, to push the limits, is this what life is?

We are further developing our new Proloy Platform and our Gen 2 is currently being fabricated, we have tried to make a compact packaging than our previous packaging. The Funny Part is all this happening while Gen 1 still being completed on the other side of the Workshop.

Well this who we are.....always

New Peak Power is 50KW.

We have significantly reduced the wiring by placing the BMS controller and motor as close as possible.

Gen 1 Prototype is 118Kg, We aim to get to more power and Range keeping the weight same.

Gen 2 uses New Sotion GTS 35 15000 RPM PSM Motor and 80Nm Torque and Fardriver 108V 1000A. . Both will be Liquid Cooled.

We believe this is best possible packaging for MX Racing and Trail Riding with Off the Shelf Components.

For Battery Pack we have upgraded from Gen 1 which was using Molicell P42 to P45B in Gen 30S10P. Trying to weight and Power in Balance.

We are optimizing for 10mins Race Riding Time. Which is typical for many Short Format MX and Dirt Races.

108 V Arhitecture with IGBT is reliable and cost efficient rather than Hi Cost SiC Architecture which are currently very costly and not available off the shelf. We are building a Platform for Garage and Project Builds who those like build there own bike on many sleeplesss nights and Race on weekends....very similar to us.

Next Phase we plan to have an integrated Powertrain to reduce mass and increase efficiency.

Dense Air Cooled Battery Pack is already in Final Design Phase.
